You just had an article about the lights that flash the countdown then turn back to a cross signal, and the response was that sensors detect cross traffic and if there is none they won't change.

well i drive a motorcycle, and this happens at LOTS of left hand turn areas too, like college and spadina. They can't detect motorcycles, which means, if im in front and a car is behind me, the light will either never change, or at advance left hand turn area, won't ever give me the green, causing me to either have to run a red light, or go straight and do a uturn then a right turn.

How is it legal to create traffic lights that discriminate against motorcycles, and what should I do if a light NEVER CHANGES...
