Thank you. Officer monitored the area and did not see anyone traveling unreasonably slow. Officer then travelled back and forth over the mountain and did not ovserve any issues.

Thanks for looking into it. This has happened pretty regularly over the years. I'd say one in ten times I go down the mountain, someone is driving unreasonably slow on Monte Sano Boulevard. But it is almost always an out of town driver who I'm sure is just nervous about the winding road. And it tends to happen more in the evenings or after dark than during the daytime. Just thought I'd add another perspective.
