Over a YEAR ago I reported an issue with a broken man hole cover and a severely sunken storm drain at the bottom of my driveway at 17 Trenton Lane. (Many of the storm drains are compromised in the area and need attention.) My request was quickly deleted from this site, as the issue was placed on a "To Do" list and the matter was considered "closed".
Last summer I asked again, verbally, about this issue and was told that it would be repaired last fall or "in the Spring". Well... winter is fast approaching and this problem has not been addressed. May I suggest that issues NOT be considered "closed" until they have been resolved. Thank you.
