Still waiting for this to be cleaned up

Now that it’s windy, there are a lot more dead palm fronds laying across my yard and driveway. I asked for these city palm fronds to be cleaned up weeks ago. This was not resolved within 7-10 days. Please have this cleaned up asap and please have the trees trimmed before more dead fronds fall on my cars and house. I forgot I was told by the city to let you know your trees in front of my house needed to be trimmed.
