I have not been able to determine who with the City has the authority to set a schedule nor have I been able to determine who has the key (or knows the button location??) to turn it on. This is such a great asset for our City (and the nicest part of the new city hall from my perspective), but it seems like the city administration has forgotten it.

I agree. I didn’t get a response by phone or email so I went in person last week. The staff did not know the answer. They told me they’d try to find out and I could come back up this week and they’d have a answer for me. If I were the city I’d assign it to the parks and recreation area. It seems to fit most with that department. It’s such a great city asset, which the citizens funded.

Any additional updates on the splash pad? It opened for a week and now again closed.
