I've lived in the neighborhood for 37 years. Danforth & Kingston Rd merge in a eastbound direction. Danforth is a very heavily travelled road come evening rush hour. Ever since I've lived here Danforth has had 2 lanes merge with the less travelled Kingston Road. This is not a dangerous intersection (I can't recall an accident ever happening at this merge area. Yet, the Roads Dept. have (without consulting the local area) have permanently reduced the danforth section down into 1 lane increasing congestion for no reason. We want our 2 lanes back. It seems the mayor isn't the only one smoking drugs. If it isn't broken, why fix it?
